Brie - While I was in the Army I attended the Master Fitness Trainer course and ran the gamut of subjects from nutrition and diet to endurance training. I remember quite a bit of it. Most people are fat because they can't do push aways - push away from the darned table! I would say go for it. Also, using artificial sweetners can be even worse. What a picture Brie. I'm still as fit as a fiddle and I eat right and work hard. Good combo. I do like sugar in my coffee though. The pic is really hillarious and very eye catching. But a Great hub. Try it for just 2 weeks and you'll see, it's not as hard as it sounds. The sugar makes you want to keep eating, when you cut out the sugar you become satisfied with real, normal food and the cravings stop. Write to me if you need help with some healthy substitutions.
